Hello Pirates,

With the upcoming update, there will be an admiral NPC named Tarantula and a 3-tier ship design called Tarantula's Pearl. This design can also be considered as a side event that is always active, just like Sultan-ı Derya.

Like Sultan-ı Derya, it is a rare and valuable design with some challenging conditions. This way, the design will add extra prestige to your ship.

In this post, we will talk about both Tarantula and the Tarantula's Pearl design.

Tarantula: When a total of 20 Admiral Barons or Dead Dragons are destroyed on any map (it does not matter which ones are destroyed, for example, it could be 13 Dead Dragons and 7 Admiral Baron, or 19 Admiral Baron and 1 Dead Dragon), Tarantula will randomly spawn on any map of level 5 or higher. When it spawns, and frequently afterward, an announcement will be sent to all players indicating on which map Tarantula is located. For the first 3 minutes after spawning, Tarantula is invulnerable to attacks. After this 3-minute protection ends, it becomes attackable.

Tarantula has 35 million health points. It rewards ship points and experience points. Additionally, sometimes, besides ship points and experience rewards, a total of 1250 kraken coins are distributed among the players who dealt damage, proportionally to the amount of damage they inflicted. The kraken coin reward is not guaranteed; sometimes it is given, sometimes not.

Finally, there is a 5% chance that the player who deals the final blow will receive the Tarantula's Pearl design. This design consists of 3 tiers. Just like the Sultan-ı Derya design, the first tier has 3 sails, the second tier has 2 sails, and the third tier has a single sail. Each time you deal the final blow to Tarantula and win the design, you receive Tarantula's Pearl I, Tarantula's Pearl II, and Tarantula's Pearl III designs in order.
