The Alliance system has been added to the game with today's update. There are many details in the infrastructure of the Alliance system, so there might be some minor bugs. We will observe the errors for a few days and then release a bug fix update accordingly.

The first error we noticed is: The system sees guilds without alliances in the same alliance, and therefore, the islands of guilds without alliances are granting extra island buffs to each other. The error will be resolved as soon as possible.

Today, after thorough reviews, we have applied penalties based on the BP points accumulated last month for some players who left their guild, sank their own guild players, and then rejoined the guild. As announced and warned in previous months, BP lists will be monitored at the end of each month, and necessary actions will continue to be taken against accounts found to have earned BP points illegally.

In addition, it has been determined that some players exceeded their multi-account limits by using VPNs. The relevant accounts have been monitored for approximately 10 days. Following the monitoring, 14-day game bans were imposed on these accounts. Please remember that the use of VPNs in our game is prohibited, and during log inspections, it is easy to detect whether IP addresses are VPN addresses. Additionally, monitoring of other players on our watchlist is ongoing.

We kindly request that everyone follow the rules to avoid similar issues and penalties.

As a result of complaints received, our recent inspections revealed that certain player accounts have been found to be engaging in fake BP farming by frequently logging in from "different devices and accounts" to intentionally sink these accounts. All BP points earned by these accounts in October have been removed.

As we previously announced and warned in recent months, BP lists will be monitored at the end of each month, and necessary actions will continue to be taken against accounts found to be earning BP illegally.

Penalty points will be increased for unfounded appeals. To avoid similar issues and penalties, we strongly encourage everyone to follow the rules.

As you know, with the v3.6.3 update, we removed the character limit for usernames. Due to this update, we have released some optimization updates today with v3.6.3.2.

To allow you to freely experience username changes, there will be no waiting period for username changes until December 8, 2024. After this date, we will activate the 24-hour change cooldown.

Lastly, if you see square boxes in the username change page when typing your new username, it means those characters are not supported by the game. For this reason, we recommend setting your usernames without any square boxes by Sunday.

Following our investigations today, we have implemented penalties for certain players who unfairly earned BP last month, based on log records and documented complaints.

As we have announced and warned in previous months, BP lists will be monitored at the end of each month, and necessary actions will continue to be taken against accounts found to have gained BP through illegal means. For example, if you want to report a player, please send us "evidence along with" screenshots. A message like "I suspect these 10 IDs of unfairly farming BP" without evidence is not sufficient. Otherwise, we would have to penalize everyone frequently reported by their rivals. Instead, we kindly ask you to submit complaints supported by detailed evidence. Based on such complaints received today, appropriate penalties have been applied to accounts confirmed to have earned BP unfairly. Our lists will continue to be monitored in the coming days.

Additionally, it has been detected that some players have exceeded multi-account limits by using VPNs. As a result of our investigations, game ban penalties have been applied to these accounts. Please note that using VPNs is prohibited in our game, and during log inspections, it is easy to determine whether an IP address belongs to a VPN. Monitoring of other players on our follow-up list is also ongoing.

Lastly, please remember that the heaviest penalties in our game are given for issues involving family-related insults. Recently, numerous accounts have been subjected to game bans for such violations, and we will continue to enforce these penalties. For the sake of maintaining a peaceful gaming environment, we kindly ask everyone to adhere to the chat rules and engage in respectful communication, keeping in mind that you are in a game.

With the reactivation of the MOBA map, many players received automatic access bans to the MOBA map on the first day because they were not familiar with it. Since these were the first penalties, we implemented a collective lifting of MOBA bans. All penalized players can now access the MOBA maps again. Please pay attention to the following rules to avoid receiving another ban:

1- Remaining AFK on the map for an extended period.
2- Collecting 75% fewer coins or dealing 75% less damage to players, towers, or NPCs compared to the team average.

Violating the rules above will result in an automatic 7-day MOBA ban issued by the system at the end of the match.

Based on requests from some of our players, we are postponing the implementation of the 7-day waiting period for username changes by about a week. For the next 7 days, you will be able to change your usernames every 24 hours. After this period, please remember that you will need to wait 7 days for any username changes.
