As in every month, following today’s reviews, we have applied punishments to certain players who were found to have unfairly gained BP, based on logs and verified complaints supported by evidence.

During the final reviews conducted for October, a total of 16 accounts received BP deduction punishments. While investigating complaints that these accounts were “frequently sinking the same players repeatedly” — accompanied by supporting evidence — the accuracy of these reports was confirmed through logs, and the necessary disciplinary punishments were applied. In cases where these accounts submit unjustified appeals, the applied punishment rate will be doubled, and the BP deduction will be reapplied.

As we have occasionally announced and warned here before, BP lists are being actively monitored, and appropriate punishments continue to be applied to accounts found to have gained BP through illegal means. If you wish to report a player, please send us your screenshots along with supporting evidence. For example, sending an email listing 10 player IDs and saying “I believe these players are unfairly gaining BP, please delete their BP” is not sufficient. Otherwise, since players frequently report their rivals in this manner, we would have to punish everyone. Instead, please submit your report together with solid proof.

Today, based on such evidence-backed reports, punishments were applied to accounts confirmed to have unfairly gained BP. Our team will continue to monitor the lists in the coming days.

We strongly urge everyone to follow the rules to avoid facing similar issues and punishments.

We have encountered access issues on our server. The problem originates from Cloudflare, one of the services we use. We have temporarily closed access to the server until Cloudflare resolves the issue. Once the issue is fixed by the provider, we will reactivate the server.

It seems that Twitter, Amazon, Google, OpenAI, and many other major sites are affected by the same issue and are experiencing access problems.

Information: The issue has not been fully resolved yet. Cloudflare continues to work on the problem. You can also review related news about the issue from some global and TR news sites below.

Until now, we have not monitored Guild Rooms and Alliance Announcements under chat rules, with the intention of allowing players to communicate more comfortably and freely among themselves and with their friends. Likewise, we have not monitored Alliance Announcements so that players could manage wars from there and freely send notifications and messages to their alliance members.

In addition, Guild Rooms and Alliance Announcements are not visible to chat moderators. Messages written in these areas cannot be seen by moderators. However, especially in recent times, we have received complaints about insults being directed at rival players through these channels. Therefore, we have observed that the goodwill we have shown regarding these two chat channels (Guild Rooms and Alliance Announcements) has been significantly abused.

For these reasons, as of today, both of these sections will also be subject to penalties under chat rules. Messages written in these areas will continue to remain hidden from chat moderators; however, when you use the report button for a message written in a Guild Room, that message will become visible to chat moderators.

For complaints related to Alliance Announcements, you may contact us via email. Since chat moderators cannot view Alliance Announcements in any way, such reports must be sent only to our support email.

In summary, as of today, Guild Rooms and Alliance Announcements are subject to penalties under chat rules, and we kindly ask you to be more careful accordingly.
