Due to the mass moba ban wave yesterday, we have increased the ban times for players who still intentionally cause a match loss.
A total of 58 players were given ban of 60 days for players who deliberately lost 3 matches, 30 days for 2 matches, and 10 days for 1 match. Thus, the number of players who have been banned since the start of the season has reached 93. We will continue to give ban and also share information from time to time here.

We detect that fewer players do not comply with the rules in Moba matches compared to previous seasons. Since the beginning of the 4th season, 40 players have been identified who have caused the loss of the match based on the complaints received with the complaint button in the moba matches. Moba penalties will start to be given on the first day of next month so that these players cannot enter the next season's moba matches. Complaints made to date will continue to be investigated and new players will continue to be added to the moba ban list. For this reason, we recommend to be more careful in moba matches.

We made important optimization efforts with the last update. In addition, we restarted the server by doing some maintenance work and optimizations on the server for 3 days last week. We have been following these optimization efforts for about a week and we want you to know that we have received positive results. The lag problem experienced during events or crowded times has always caused some obstacles for us. Although our online numbers are currently as high as at events, we see that the lag problem experienced in past events or crowded times is not currently experienced. This was an important step for our game and we wanted to share it with you.
 
As you know, the upcoming Halloween event will be the most detailed event we have ever done. With the event, many NPCs and monsters will spawn on the maps. In addition, due to the event, the number of people online is 1.5 to 2 times higher than normal times. All of this puts extra load on the server. We have made preliminary preparations for this event with the optimizations we have made. We are sure that there will be no lag in old event types, but it is difficult to guarantee that there will be no lag for this next detailed event. We will monitor the lag status during the event and take notes for future events. If we have overcome the lag problems even in the upcoming detailed event, we will continue to develop the events further.

It has been observed that on January 3rd and 4th, there were DDoS attacks against our server. These attacks intermittently caused disruptions in the game. It appears that the issues have been resolved thanks to the precautions we have taken.

 

In case players were unable to perform daily missions during the interruptions, we have granted a compensation reward of 1,000,000 gold and 200 pearls to over 2000 player accounts that logged into the game on these dates.
